About Jun & Pate
Jun is the code person driving the game design behind LILITH. He comes from the world of computer science, with particular experience coding avionics software for military helicopters. This site, like several internet easter eggs, is the product of his aesthetic and magical fingers. His programming brain is covered by a number of hats: 3D modeler, character artist, and asset tool smith. Jun is fascinated by Napoleon and believes the dead French emperor is an alien.
Pate is the content bard for LILITH and its marketing. His finger magic is of a different sort, writing stuff creatively, academically, and professionally to pay the bills. He tackles sound design, asset creation, and literally anything to do with language. Many of his favorite made up words, like "chimcham" and "potch", have made it into LILITH. This delights him. Pate has not seen enough evidence to disprove the existence of Sasquatch. But he’s also not sure if Sasquatch exists. It’s complicated.
Jun and Pate have known each other since high school and share a penchant for breaking molds. They’ve collaborated on a number of pleasantly odd web gems before leaping into game dev.
